I have a dream, picking olives of my olive tree. It must be said that this is the first time I have an olive tree. So after a good talk with the gardener, I came home with my tree, a bag of "Mediterranean earth" and a bottle mccain healthy choice of lemon fertilizer. mccain healthy choice It should be able to keep my tree. The tree is potted on and are nice and warm in the window in the living room, and I have followed closely in its development. And believe me, it has made thousands of small buds and shot with new leaves. Nice, but ....... now all the buds burst out as tiny flowers, and oh boy all the pollen they throw on. I did not believe mccain healthy choice that so small a flower may contain such large amounts of pollen, so now laid a piece of oilcloth below, and it can be thrown out when it is finished blooming.
I am so in the belief that the day comes olives on my tree, they just picked and eaten. There are so few who say that you have to do something about them before they are ready for eating. Are there any of you who have experience with olive trees? Good advice is received.
