What to do with the grapes they harvest is exceeding expectations? You can do a lot of things, including compotes and jam. So I spent too much thought and we started working. I've never done before, but it was hard.
I did not put a preservative that I did great and I will keep cantittate in fruigider. If you plan to keep it over the winter, I recommend using a preservative in quantities recommended on the package.
I will not give quantities food expiration dates guidelines because it does not matter too much. I thoroughly wash grapes, then I put the bunches. I put in a pot with water and sugar and I let it simmer on low heat until syrup has begun to law. Sugar put it to taste. Taste the syrup and add work only if you think you need. The compote is ready when the skin of grapes is soft and the syrup thickens slightly.
